Not at all. Raj programmes for gym-based, home and hybrid setups. During the discovery call you'll outline what equipment you have access to and the plan will be built around that. Gym access does open up more options, but exceptional results are achievable with minimal equipment.
Most programmes are built around 3–5 training sessions per week, each lasting 45–75 minutes depending on your goals. Raj will design around the time you realistically have available, not an idealised version of your schedule.
Injuries are flagged during the discovery call and factored into the programme design from day one. Raj works around limitations where possible and works with your physiotherapist or sports therapist if you have one. Most injuries do not prevent effective coaching — they simply change the approach.
